Document Description
The 69.5-acre project site in the northwestern portion of Sacramento County would reconfigure the existing acreages to Highway Commercial, regional Commercial, and freeway buffer and open space uses within the North Natomas Community Plan. The project would include 5.4 acres of Highway Commercial uses, 54 acres of Regional Commercial, and 10.1 acres of freeway buffer and open space uses.
