Document Description
The project site is currently developed with the Skycrest Center, about 41,000 SF of retail space on a 5.6-acre site. The proposed project includes complete demolition of the existing 23,500 SF of "in-line" retail and two retail pad structures on the southeastern 2.59 acres of the site and replacement with residential uses. The proposed project consists of 27 detached, single-family, market-rate homes. The proposed project would include a homeowner's park. Landscaping would be incorporated into the park area as well as the residential area.
