The project "Sierra Terrace" consists of Development Review 04DRC-37, Tentative Map 04PLN-21, Planned Unit Development 04PLN-22, and Use Permit 04PLN-23 Applications, to develop 28, 2-story, residential units, consisting of six duplexes, three fourplexes, and one four unit apartment on 2.29 acres. Each unit would be 1,260 SF in size. The buildings would be 28 feet in height. The project would include a one car garage and two outdoor parking spaces for each unit creating a total of 78 parking spaces (52 parking spaces are required). The project includes the following applications: a Development Review, a Tentative Map to subdivide the property into 25 lots, a Planned Unit Development to allow flexibility in the City development standards and a Use Permit to allow residential uses in the Commercial Zoning District.
