Acquisition of a 152' x 148' tank site easement and construction of a new water storage tank of 1.0 million gallon capacity and related clearing, grading and pipeline trenching at the end of Chaparral Drive. The tank will be welded steel and will be 32 feet high and 74 feet in diameter. Approximately 4,830 cubic yards of soil will be cut. Also required will be trenching of approximately 120 linear feet for pipeline installation and construction of approximately 320 feet of a 12' wide gravel driveway on adjacent properties.
