Document Description
Improvements include installation of a new well and wellhouse. Appurtenant equipment would be installed inside the wellhouse (pumps, motors, piping, mechanical equipment, electrical controls, etc.). An emergency back-up generator would be installed adjacent to the wellhouse. A new 12-inch waterline would be installed from the well and would connect to an existing waterline in Park Avenue. Electric conduit would be installed underground from an existing power pole south of Park Avenue to the wellhouse. A fence would be installed around the well site, and landscaping would be installed around the perimeter of the fence. Access to the wellhouse would be from a new driveway off of Park Avenue.
