The project will excavate 1,800 cy of impacted soil from two areas and transport it to an appropriate facility. The excavated soil will be classified as hazardous or non hazardous according to Title 22 waste characterization. Impacted hazardous soil will be transported to Kettleman Landfill, a Class I landfill.
