The project is the approval of the Rockville Trails Estates Subdivision, including General Plan Amendment No. G-02-02 to allow an onsite community wastewater treatment facility, Rezoning Petition No. Z-02-05 and Policy Plan Overlay District PP-02-01 to rezone approximately 1,580 acres from predominatly A-20, Exclusive Agricultural, with a Policy Plan Overlay, and Major Subdivision Application and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map S-04-02 to subdivide approximately 1,580 acres, into 370 rural residential and agricultural lots in clusters ranging in size from a minimum of 1 acre to 20 acres, with additional open space and common area parcels.
