The project is an update to the existing California State University, Stanislaus Campus Physical Master Plan. It should be noted that the Planned student population or Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) students remains at 12,000 or an enrollment of 15,000 students as was contained in the 1968 Physical Master Plan. The present (2007) campus population is 6,910 FTE.
