Document Description
Grading permit for removal and onsite distribution of 30,000 cubic yards of soil and importing of 10,000 cubic yards of soil for the purposes of constructing a 60 unit apartment complex. Incorporation of an approximate 1.5 to 2 acre restoration mitigation area adjacent to project. The restoration site is incorporated into the project to compensate for the culverting of approximately 880 linear feet of an excavated drainage ditch (less than 5 feet wide) on the project site.
