Document Description
The applicant requests a combined development permit consisting of a Coastal Administrative Permit and design review for constructing a new, 6,180 square foot single family home with an attached 1,222-car garage (7,402 square feet total); and Coastal Development Permit to remove 70-90 Monterey Pine trees (39-47 greater than 12-inches diameter). Grading would require approximately 80 cubic yards of cut and 1,880 cubic yards of fill resulting in import of about 1,800 cubic yards of material.
