CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2011-0236-R6 [Revision 1]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: City of Yucaipa, represented by Mr. Fermin G. Preciado, 34272 Yucaipa Boulevard, City of Yucaipa, State of California, 92399, Phone (909) 797-2489. The Low Water Crossing at 13th Street and Wilson Creek Project is limited to the construction, operation, and maintenance of a bridge/box culvert comprised of a three barrel 19.5 foot (wide) by 13.5 foot (high) reinforced concrete box culvert with concrete invert linings and concrete wing-walls on the upstream and downstream sides.
