Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of 31.88 acres into 341,516 SF of General Commercial development, including 15 commercial lots, ranging in size from 0.83 acre to 13.52 acres along with 1,854 parking spaces. The project requires a Change of Zone of eastern 23 acres of the project site from Regional Airport (RAP) to General Commercial (CG). The proposed project is to be built in three phases. The timing of phasing will depend upon the demand for commercial space. Phase one is anticipated to accommodate 100,500 SF of building area, and 568 parking spaces. Phase two is projected to accommodate 169,000 SF of building area and 715 parking spaces. Phase three is projected to accommodate 72,016 SF and 571 parking spaces. These phases may vary depending upon demand.
