The project proposes to develop approximately 151 acres of vacant land into 369 single family residential units that vary in size from 2,324 to 4,063 square feet. Lakeside Palms will provide a selection of architectural designs within three different neighborhoods, San Marino, Signature, and Lakeside for a total of ten residential designs. One of the residential lots will remain vacant and approximately 39 acres will remain as natural open space. To address post-construction storm water quality impacts, four water quality detention basins are proposed for the four drainage areas within the development.
