Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0018-R5) to the project applicant, D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company and Passerelle, LLC. The project proposes to permanently impact 3.09 acres of streambed, including 1.17 acres of southern riparian forest, 1.36 acres of southern willow scrub, and 0.56 acre of a combination of grassland and riparian oak woodland. The project will be mitigated through the creation of 4.07 acres of streambed and the enhancement of 3.64 acres of streambed.
