Document Description
The Campus Park Master Planned Community is a 416-acre project that consists of 751 residences (single-family and multi-family), 157,000 square feet of office professional, 61,200 square feet of commercial, public and private active and passive recreational facilities, open space preserve areas, and new public roadways to serve the project. The Campus Park master Planned Community would result in the northerly expansion of the existing Campus Park Specific Plan area. Applications to be considered by the County decision-makers include a General plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, a Zone Reclassification, Vesting Tentative Mal, and two Site Plans.
