Document Description
The EVMWD, adopted a MND on February 5, 2005, for the Local Resources Program Agreement for Wildomar Recycled Water System - Phase1. Subsequently, EVMWD prepared the "CEQA-Plus" Addendum for Pursuit of State Revolving Fund Loan for the Wildomar Recycled Water Master Plan (dated 8/30/07) and adopted the Addendum to the MND and Wildomar Recycled Water Project Phase 2 on March 12, 2009. Additionally, EVMWD prepared an Addendum for Metropolitan Water District of Southern California Local Resources Program (dated 8/20/09), adopted it and approved the proposed project modification on September 10, 2009.
