Document Description
The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District approved and adopted the Wildomar Recycled Water Master Plan and associated Mitigated Negative Declaration on February 24, 2005. The Master Plan describes the components of a recycled water system to serve end users located throughout their Wildomar service area. To be cost-effective, the Master Plan proposed implementation of the system in four (4) separate phases to provide the appropriate level of supply to match demand as it increases over time; this project addresses the site-specific impacts of construction and operation of a component of the "Ultimate Phase" facilities, known as the Summerly Project.
