Document Description
The project site is a vacant 9,780 square-foot, triangular-shaped parcel located at the intersection of Del Monte Boulevard and Fremont Boulevard. The plans propose an overall building size of 10,430 square-feet. The building will contain 2,250 square-feet of commercial floor space consisting of five two bedroom, one-bath condominium townhouses and one one-bedroom, one-bath condominium townhouse. The proposed shared subterranean parking area contains 9 parking spaces for commercial uses and 11 parking spaces for the six residential units. A 24-foot wide driveway from Del Monte Boulevard provides the sole access to the project's parking area.
