Document Description
Upgrades of IID distribution power lines & facilities in the vicinity to the Coachella Valley Area project to enable the IID to provide electrical service to the project, which were adequately addressed in Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH #2005011054) which the County of Riverside Board of Supervisors, certified on April 4, 2006 and via an addendum to the FEIR, dated March 2021, prepared by the Riverside County Planning Department, which the CRBOS approved on June 29, 2021, that addressed the impacts of Amendment No. 2 to the specific plan that created Planning Area 11 to accommodate the arena & events center and the potential environmental effects of the IID electrical infrastructure upgrades required to serve the project. IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project involving IID.
