Document Description
The proposed project is part of an application to the City of Orange to modify previously approved Conditional Use Permit 1799 (which allowed the construction and operation of a waste transfer facility) to allow the following: 1) The overnight storage of waste at any time (rather than limited to emergency situations), 2) The transfer of a small volume of waste in the Multi-Use Building, 3) The Public Redemption Center to operate outside, 4) The expansion of the area used for handling and storage of recyclable materials to the area between the MRF/Transfer Building and the scale house/HHW storage area.
