Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, County of San Luis Obispo, represented by Glen Priddy, Deputy Director of Public Works. The applicant proposes to expand the existing bridge crossing over West Corral De Piedra Creek to accommodate bike lanes, and retrofit for current seismic requirements. The project also includes mitigation for steelhead by retrofitting an existing fish ladder just below a Union Pacific Railroad crossing on Pismo Creek, approximately 900 feet downstream of the bridge widening project.
