Document Description
In order to meet the education needs of the Rio Hondo Community College District to the year 2012, a combination of new facilities, renovated facilities, parking and circulation improvements, and infrastructure is proposed by the District's Board of Trustees in the Rio Hondo College Master Plan. At build-out of the Master Plan approximately 186,000 gross SF of existing building would be demolished, 109,700 SF would be renovated and approximately 513,000 gross SF of new facilities would be constructed.
