Subject property consists of 19.70 acres, more or less, and is located adjacent to existing land held in trust by the Sherwood Valley Rancheria. There is no proposed change in use or developed planned. The Tribe is utilizing and will continue to utilize the existing housing unit, which is located on parcel 38-130-76, for tribal housing. Parcel 38-130-76 has a mobile home located on it that is currently occupied by a Tribal member.
