Document Description
This project creates two commercial zoning districts, a "DC" Downtown Commercial and a "CC" Community Commercial. The two districts would be consistent with the Downtown Commercial and Community Commercial land use designation boundaries of the 2003 General Plan Update. The number of parcels in the Downtown and Community Commercial Zoning Districts would be reduced from the current number zoned "C-DD".
