The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A Use Permit to allow a 4-unit apartment complex on 0.195 +/- acre in the BP zone. 2. An Exception to deviate from the following multiple family development standards: a) Reduce the minimum 25-foot landscape setback required between the building, parking and access drive from the public street right-of-way to 0 feet and 9 +/- feet. b) Allow storage structure and trash enclosure to encroach within the required 10-foot open space area. c) Allow the trash enclosure to be located within 25 feet of a residential zone.
