Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow a collocation wireless facility on 5.0 +/- acre in the AR-2 land use zone. The proposal consists of the installation of six panel type antennas to a 10-foot high extension at the top of an existing 100-foot steel monopole for a total height of 110 feet. In addition, four equipment cabinets would be located directly north of the monopole within a 160 SF lease area for Metro PCS within the existing wireless compound.
