All physical changes will occur withing the footprint of the existing facility. The building wide redundant emission control system will remain as originally installed. The facility will remain in compliance with air quality permits issued by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. The ventilation system at the DWTF will still meet the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) CC rule standards for emissions from various hazardous waste processing units.
