These changes have largely been to replace worn equipment and consolidate processes to fewer pieces of equipment of a like type and similar total volume.

Consists of repair, maintenance and minor alteration of an existing facility. Involves negliable expansion of an existing use. No changes to the treatment processses are proposed. All units are within existing secondary containment which meets current standards. There have been no documented release from these units. The facility is not on the Hazardous Waste and Substances Sites List pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 and is not in area known to contain biological or cultural resources. The project creats no expansion of the footprint of the existing developed industrial area and no significant excavations are proposed.
