Replacement leach field servicing the visitor center at Tomales Bay State Park, which has become plugged and cannot be repaired due to tree root impacts. Replace the 100 foot leach field at the same location as the old field. Project is an emergency response to unexpected failure of the system, which is immediately necessary to protect health and safety.
