Document Description
Installation of a SST (sweet smelling technology) pre-cast concrete toilet at an existing parking lot location which provides access to the Sacramento River and is also a popular over-night location for Scout groups that canoe the river. Also, installation of appropriate gravel path from the parking lot to the toilet, placement of a few boulder vehicle barriers and appropriate signage.

The reasons that this project is exempt are: 1) the small amount of land that is effected, less than 0.5 acres the SST building is 196 SF in size, 2) there is no change in use, the area has been used as river access and parking for years. 3) the project will improve the health and safety of the public and water quality by providing sanitary facilities for human waste.
