A Notice of Merger to merge the lands with contiguous lands within the Preserve consistent with the Contract. A Zone Reclassification to rezone lands zoned Unclassified or Agriculture Exclusive with a Special Building Site combining zone specifying a minimum lot size of 160 acres.
