Document Description
The proposed project would consist of the redevelopment of an 18-acre residential and commercial site with residential uses. The proposed housing development would include up to 200 residential units, at a density of approximately 11 units per acre. The development would include a range of housing types from urban-scaled townhomes and attached row houses along the astern frontage (San Pablo Avenue) to lower-density, detached, single-family houses toward the west of hte parcel (along Wildcat Creek).
