The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2005-0043 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Ms. Wendy Law (Cal Water), San Jose, CA: This agreement pertains to the project described in Notification No. 1600-2005-0043-R2. The streambed alteration agreement is described as follows: the agreement pertains to the installation of 20-inch and 24-inch ductile iron waterlines beneath Mormon Slough just to the west of Oso Avenue. The pipelines will be installed within the bank via open cut method, and will be buried approximately 8 feet below the bed of Mormon Slough and encased in concrete. Mormon Slough will not contain water at the time of construction, and all excavation equipment will be contained outside of the water channel.
