Installation and operation of a 55-foot-tall "treepole" cellular tower with three omni-directional antennas with a potential for a future total of eight panel antennas with a silhouette of 70 square feet and a 230 square foot equipment shelter adjacent to existing water tanks, to provide wireless communication service to the Bodega Bay area. The project includes landscaping to partially screen the existing water tank and partially screen the proposed treepole and equipment shelter.
