Document Description
The applicant is requesting modification of existing Conditional Use Permits (ZF 94-100 and 97-030) in order to construct processing facilities on-site and allow for anticipated growth. The applicant is also requesting the merger of two parcels into one (054-120-01 and 054-120-11). R.H. Phillips is also requesting an expansion of visitor facilities such as off-site signage, a vehicular crossing over South Fork Oat Creek, expanded parking and vehicle access, a commercial kitchen, a restaurant, and a 500-seat amphitheatre. The expansions would take place in three phases. The total area to be developed is approximately 16.08 acres on a 252-acre parcel.
