Construct a City standard 10-ft wide, 3,300 linear-feet pedestrian/bike path along the north bank of Ulatis Creek at Allison Drive to the Putah South Canal pedestrian bridge, then a long south bank of Ulatis Creek to Ulatis Drive. The proposed path would be placed within right-of-way owned by the City to preserve the maximum amount of riparian vegetation.
