Document Description
The project seeks to obtain the necessary entitlements to allow for the development of 654 single-family homes, rezoning the site from Agriculture (A) and Agriculture Planned Unit Development (A-PUD) districts to Single-Family Alternative Planned Unit Development (R-1A-PUD) in order to allow for the construction of single family homes. The project also proposes to construct support infrastructure, a private community recreation center, +/- 9.23 acres of parkland, a trail along the Natomas Main Drainage Canal, and the creation of a Planned Unit Development.
