Document Description
The project involves the annexation of an approximate 11-acre site to the City of Clayton. The portion of the project site owned by West Coast Home Buildings would be subdivided into six lots for construction of five single-family residences plus a stormwater detention basin. The portion of the project site owned by the Contra Costa Water District is occupied by a water tank. No subsequent development is proposed on the Water District parcel.
