The City of Clayton General Plan designates the site as "Low Density Residential" and "Private Open Space." The site does not currently have a city zoning designation.
Document Description
Annexation of the site to the City of Clayton, plus detachment of the site from the East Contra Costa County Fire Protection District and annexation to the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District. The 9-acre parcel will be subdivided into 5 single-family residential lots, plus a parcel for a stormwater detention basin. No development is proposed on the Water District parcel.
