Document Description
The proposed maintenance facility would be development in a 10-acre field in the Aubell Ranch property. As part of this project, the National Park Service boundary will be adjusted to include the entire 69.9 acre Aubell property. In addition, the State will transfer ownership of 17 acres of the land included in the boundary adjustment to NPS.
