Document Description
Develop a new maintenance facility for Redwood National and State Parks at the Aubell area, which is located in the northern area of the parks near Crescent City, California on CDPR-owned land. The new maintenance facility would consolidate federal and State maintenance operations. The Aubell facility would replace an existing National Park Service maintenance facility at Requa, comprised of numerous retrofitted cold war-era structures on a geologically unstable site.
