The proposed project includes an application for a Master Land Use Plan to allow development of 436 housing units, 846,000 square feet of office uses, and a 4.8-acre detension basin. In addition, the proposed project would include consideration of a Rezoning of a portion of the project site to ensure consistency with the City's General Plan.
