The East Bay Regional Park District proposes to integrate an additional 285 acres of land (the former Stone, Conley, Uhland, Lerman, and Rediger properties) into Robert Sibley Volcanic Regional Preserve, and to make the land safe and accessible to public use. The Land Use Plan Amendment (LUPA) describes the projects that will provide public access and make the parkland safe to open to the public, and the long-term management recommendations for the parkland.
