Document Description
The minor amendment to the previously issued ITP extends the expiration date of the ITP from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 2015. Since the issuance of the ITP on March 30, 2007, the Permittee has delayed construction-however, in the meantime, the ITP expired. The ITP and minor amendment referenced above as issued by DFG authorizes incidental take of the Mohave ground squirrel (Spermophilus mohavensis) and desert tortoise (Gopherus agassizii) (Covered Species), which are both state-listed threatened species under CESA, expected to occur as a result of project implementation.
