Document Description
DRWD and TLBWSD propose a same landowner transfer program involving a portion of their SWP water supplies for the year 2012-2035. Some farming entitles own land in both DRWD's and TLBWSD's service areas. This program would allow water to be transferred between DRWD and TLBWSD resulting in flexibility and improved water management practices for the landowners that farm in both service areas.
