Document Description
Ron and Patricia Caird request approval of two separate Coastal Development Permits to allow the construction of two new single family residences (SFDs). Construction of the SFDs is proposed on two individual bluff top parcels of approximately 16,905 square feet (0.39 acre) each. The westernmost parcel is addressed 1365 More Ranch Road (Case #01CDH-00000-00022/01-CDP-028H). The adjacent parcel to the east is addressed 1369 More Ranch Road (Case #01CDH-00000-00023/01-CDP-029H). The project objectives include widening of the access road to the SFDs and extension of utilities to the project. The project also includes construction of a private beach stairway.
