Document Description
The project proposes the construction and operation of a 3.5 MGD water recycling plant with filtration and disinfection methods that meet California Title 22 Recycled Water Criteria. The project will also provide pretreatment of wastewater generated at the County Sheriff's Department Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center before it enters the water recycling plant and the distribution of recycled water to adjacent industrial and other uses of recycled water.
