A General Plan Amendment and amendments to The Platinum Triangle MLUP and PTMU Overlay Zone is being requested to provide an additional 5,438 units, up to 6,276,288 square feet of additional office square footage, up to 748,447 square feet of additional commercial square footage and up to 1,500,000 square feet of institutional space in the Mixed-Use General Plan designation and up to 2,777,727 square feet of office space in the Office-Low and Office-High General Plan designations. Stadium Alternative 1 proposes 3,125 units, 2,425,000 square feet of office, and 2,799,500 square feet of commercial intensities in the Stadium District. Alternative 2 proposes 5,175 units, 4,525,000 square feet of office, and 3,955,000 square feet of commercial intensities in the Stadium District.
