The proposed project would increase the permitted residential, office, commercial and institutional intensities in The Platinum Triange as indicated in Attachment A. Project action include proposed amendments to the General Plan, The Platium Triangle MLUP, PTMU Overlay Zone, Office High and Low Zones and the form of The Platinum Triangle development agreement. Reclassifications (zone changes) to zones corresponding tot he land uses in the amended general plan are also proposed.
