Activities to be conducted pursuant to the approved Removal Action Workplan include: • Soil vapor extraction system • Monitoring well installation and testing • Implementation of a passive soil vapor mitigation system • Development of an operation, maintenance and monitoring and land use covenant The City of Anaheim, as Lead California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) agency, prepared a Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the Revised Platinum Triangle Expansion Project. The 1870, 1880, 1890, and 1900 South Chris Lane (Project Site) is a 4.4-acre parcel within the A-Town development project which is a portion of the larger Platinum Triangle Mixed Use development project. Pursuant to the provisions of CEQA, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) prepared an Addendum to the SEIR to incorporate the remedy from the Removal Action Workplan, which was completed after the City’s adoption of the Final SEIR in October 2010 (State Clearinghouse No. 200412045). The Addendum was prepared to identify and analyze the Removal Action Workplan remediation activities.
